REMUS wins third place in the Latvian Power Supply Construction Association’s competition “Best Project of 2002 in Latvian Power Supply Construction and Planning,” in the category “Reconstruction and Restoration Sites,” for the project “Customer-Service Centre for the Sigulda Network Region,” and received a certificate of appreciation from AS Latvenergo for active participation in the development and improvement of Latvia’s power supply management.

REMUS’s quality-management system is re-certified and expanded according to the standard of ISO 9001:2000. Its new sphere of operation is the performance and management of general construction works.

The subsidiary company SIA Remus nekustamie īpašumi was founded, which manages the office building and territory at Krustpils iela 119, in Rīga, and rents office and industrial space.

The reconstruction of the 330 kV EPL line in Narva, Estonia, was performed in collaboration with Estonian company.

REMUS builds and puts into operation a multi-unit residential building in Rīga, at Āraišu iela 36/38; SIA Remus nami sells the apartments and manages the building.
