REMUS’s executive body is a board of directors composed of four members. All of the board members are experienced, long-time REMUS employees, whose firm knowledge of REMUS’s operations helps to ensure the company’s growth.

REMUS’s organisational structure is based on the company’s operations. In accordance with this structure, the director of each manufacturing division, together with the board, plans the development of each individual field of operation and collaborates with the company’s clients. Collaboration between the divisions and REMUS’s subsidiaries in the execution of projects provides clients with a unified body of services, from the building of infrastructure and the installation of electrical systems all the way up to the complete construction of residential and industrial buildings.

In order to master new directions of operation and markets, several subsidiary and associated companies have been formed in the REMUS group: SIA Remus nami and SIA Remus nekustamie īpašumi.
