Rīgas PMK is renamed Rīga’s Mechanized Brigade (Rīgas MK).

1975 - 1980
Rīgas MK sets up a total of thirty-six transformers and constructs 624.26 km. of 110 kV electro-transmission lines and 68.5 km. of 310 kV lines.
